Connie Leipard, CIT is President of Quality Drywall Construction, Inc. a family owned subcontracting firm specializing in light gauge metal framing, drywall, suspended acoustical ceiling systems and exterior finish systems. Connie has been employed in the construction industry for more than 30 years and has been a member of NAWIC since 1995 in the Central Missouri #341 Chapter.

Connie has been married to Mike for 33 years and has three grown children; Leslie, Mandy and Micah and one son-in-law Bill. Connie is an avid MU Tiger fan, being a season ticket holder for football and basketball as well as a St. Louis Cardinal fan and Kansas City Chiefs season ticket holder. In her spare time, Connie enjoys gardening and travel.
